Dear Aftab, this is a special round of admission for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs for qualified candidates in left over seats after initial rounds of counselling. The registration for CSAB round will begin from July 25th. Candidates who want to participate  in CSAB should register using their JEE Mains 2019 Application number and Password. 2 rounds of counselling will be held online to fill in the left over seats of NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. CSAB is Central Seat Allocation Board. It allocates the seats which are left after the JOSAA couseling in colleges like NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs on the basis of the marks of the students in JEE exams. You can get the complete details about the exams in the following link.
