You have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to  any other category then do let me know in the comment section

Last year In NEET 2019 , to get a seat in MBBS in  B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad a general category student required 610 marks under Gujarat state quota

But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 650 marks in your neet 2020 examination if you want to get into B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad
