Hey aspirant

The Deferred Placement Policy allows students to forego the opportunity to sit for placements at the time of graduation and instead attend placements 1/2 year later, with a junior batch.

The policy encourages institutes to encourage their students to pursue entrepreneurial ventures by providing a safety net in the event that their startup fails.

Some of India's top business schools, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, and IIM Bangalore, have such a policy.

I hope this was helpful!
