According to Minority Affairs Ministry, Muslims are authorized as the minority civilizations by Section 2 (c) of the NCMA in the year 1992.

According to govt of our country a percentage of govt. jobs and positions in schooling hubs in respective states have been devoted to minority parties.

Kerala state has an allotment of 12% for Muslims. Religious minority (Muslim or Christian) educational institutes also have 50% reservation for Muslim or Christian religions.

The Central government has summarized various Muslim populations as backward Muslims, earning qualified for reservation.
