PWD means Persons with disabilities having 40% and above degree of disability will enjoy a 3% reservation in each of the categories, i.e. in SC, ST,OBC –A, OBC-B and in General Category, and such candidates, For PWD candidates, there shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate shall be admissible on last qualifying marks in minimum eligibility requirements in comparison to general candidates in the process of admission.
Mentally challenged - 35%
Orthopedically - 40%
Deaf & Dumb - 60 db & above
Blindness - 90% or above

- A disability certificate (also known as PwD certificate or handicap certificate ) is a document that certifies the type and extent of holder’s disability.
