Hello student!
To get into Manipal University you need to give their own entrance exam MET.
You need to have good rank to get into the branches which are high on demand: rank of under 7000
For rest of the branches you can have a rank upto 30,000-40,000 and still get in.
It's cut off rank trend for previous years is as follows:
