Well if we are talking about the  north india colleges then the college like KGMC ,lucknow  cutoff goes upto  600 + for general category  and for obc category  candidates it goes upto 590 + as last cut off .
Next college  like maulana Azad Medical college  cutoff goes upto 630 + for general category and for obc category 600 ++ .
Another  in KERALA
College  like
Medical college,  thiruvanthapuram cut off goes upto 
550 ++.
In karnataka 
Bangalore Medical college  cutoff goes upto 540 ++
In Tamil nadu
Christian Medical college,  vellore cut off goes upto 560 ++
In andra predesh
Guntur Medical college cutoff goes uptp 540 + .etc

So these colleges are best as government Medical college.  .as we can only predict the cutoff  but every year cutoff goes higher than last year and varies depending upon the questions level in examination.
