Hello Nikhil!

You can get branches like Electrical engineering in colleges like NIT agartala.

However, fill the preferences as you want it to be, because the counseling process can be pretty much unpredictable at times. Specially in case of reserved seats, totally depends upon your luck.

With 3600 rank in jee in ST category the possible NITs you can get are:
1.NIT Nagaland:ECE
2.NIT Srinagar:Chemical Engineering
3.NIT Arunachal Pradesh:Biotechnology
4.NIT Jalandhar:Textile Technology and Production Engineering
5.NIT Hamirpur:Metallurgy
And some of non core branches in North Eastern NITs.
Your Home State quota also plays an important role
