It would be better if you could just mention which college exactly you are talking about. 

Moreover, admissions after NEET take place through All India Counseling basis and respective state counseling processes. There is no specific cut off. The admissions go on until and unless all seats are duly occupied by meritorious students. 

Rather than thinking of vague cut offs, focus on studies and try to achieve a higher rank in the examination that will surely get you into your dream college.
