Hey! 

According to your preference of getting admission in Balwant Sheth College of Architecture for the program of B. arch, You must have passed 10+2 exam / any other equivalent exam / IB Diploma on a regular basis, in first attempt with English and Maths as compulsory subjects obtaining minimum 50% aggregate. According to the last year's cut offs it wents upto 87% for B. arch program. Cut offs for 2019 will be announcing on 29th June probably.
