Dear Shravani, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now there is All India Counselling and State Counselling. You can appear for State Counselling of the State you belong to. But for MBBS seats in other States you have to participate in All India Counselling.. Now there is also reservation system. And each Category has a different cut off for each Medical College and again in different cut off in All India Counselling and State Counselling. And there are quite a few good Medical Colleges across India. For example CMC Vellore has only 16 seats for Open while 84 seats are for sponsored Candidates. AFMC has its own different selection criteria. In 2019, boys had a cut off of 596 and girls had a cut off 610. And in 2019, 701 marks secured the top NEET score and secured a seat in MAMC, Delhi. So the required cut off depends on your Category, the State you belong to and the College that you have in mind.

To get a seat in medical college you need atleast 550 to 600+ if you are OBC and if you are SC/ST you need 400+ marks.

Eligiblity criteria varies from college to college you choose. But score atleast 550+ marks so that you will not face any kind of admission problem in government Colleges

For the following year the cut off can not be predicted right now as it will be the first time when the admission to Aiims and jipmer colleges will be occurring through neet. But going through the previous year cut offs, if you need admission in the best college, you need to score 685+( being UR). All the best!
