Hey,

This question is way to impossible to answer as the cut offs are not fixed every year. The cut offs for a particular year depends upon the many factors like the difficulty level of the paper, the no of students securing higher marks, the no of seats in medical colleges.

As per the last year stats, a score of 550 or above was capable enough to fetch a seat to the candidate in government medical colleges from ALL INDIA QUOTA .

I have attached the link to cut offs of colleges in the year 2019,

Dear aspirant
NEET is the official entrance for students all over thr country for BPT MBBS BDS degree. To sit for BPT counselling one has to clear the cut off marks or percentile. This year's cut off has not been released yet. Generally
For general category it is 50 percentile

For Obc category it is 40 percentile

for SC Category it is 40 percentile

for ST Category it is 40 percentile 599-118

for PWD category it is 45 percentile
Minimum cut off percentile is constant but as the standard of the question paper and total number of candidates appraring in thr exam are no constant . So cut off marks vary
However approximately for general category it is generally around 120 , for SC ST OBC generally around 120 and for PWD approximately 130
