As per the notification from NTA, the application form for NEET 2021 will be released on December 2020. The Exam Date will be on May 2021 tentatively. The syllabus for CBSE 11th and 12th has been reduced by 30% because of the COVID Situation. Since syllabus for NEET is based on 11th and 12th syllabus, there is an expectation for reduction in the syllabus of NEET. But, no Official Notification has been released.

Usually in the month of May, Neet is conducted every year. Neet 2020 application started December 2, 2019 and last date to fill the Application was January 6, 2020.
Every year, around this time application for Neet UG get started. But due to this pandemic the situation is not in our hands. So it is really unpredictable when the Applications will release and when will be the exam. But it is expected that Neet 2021 application may release anytime in December 2020.
Neet application usually releases in the month of December so till now there is few more time left. And Neet is usually conducted in the first sunday of May. But until and unless any official statement releases, there is no certainty. On 10th Dec, you can get answer to your query as the Union Education Minister will be taking about the competitive exams. So please till then.

MHRD announced that the Neet 2021 syllabus will be reduced as this session i.e. 2020 - 21 has not yet started. And so it would be difficult to complete the syllabus. To complement this, CBSE has reduced the syllabus by 30% from class 9 to 12. For now you can check that syllabus as it seems that the syllabus released by CBSE will be retained for neet 2021 as well.
