CAT and XAT are the entrance examination for admission to MBA ,PGDM.CAT is conducted by IIMs whereas XAT is conducted by Xavier's Association of Management Institutes.
IIFT is an entrance examination for admission to MBA (IB) at Indian Institute of Forgein Trade ,it is a pen paper based exam

All the three are different examinations . The admission procedure is different for different colleges .
Some accept CAT as their eligibilty criteria , while other accept XAT or IIFT.
