Cutoff mark can not be predicted exactly because it depends upon various factors.

In range of 70 to 110, you can expect any value and depends on various factors in a particular year of exam.

Like seen last year, there can be dramatic changes in the cutoff every year. So nothing can be said with certainty.
But, as per the difficulty of this year's paper, you can expect the cutoff for the General category students to be around 90 marks. And 10 less than that for Obc students.
