what is the meaning of open States. can a Rajasthan domicile person can apply for the85% state quota MBBS seats in U.P.and Karnatak in private medical colleges under government quota or management quota

you cannot you need the domicile of the state for 85% quota and mangement if you ready to pay 40 lak- 80 lak go for it

Hello, open states are those states which allow students of other states to participate in their state counselling . Yes you are right U.P and karnatak are open states and if you're from rajasthan you can easily participate in there state counselling by registering, also you can apply for the deemed university in other states and for private medical colleges too. Some other open states are himachal pradesh, haryana,pondicherry ,uttarakhand and many more.
