You can get admission in 150+ marks also but you have to compromise with your branch and place.
So if you want that you have many options with you
So you should score 180-200+ marks or rank under 10000 .you can check last year's opening and closing ranks for different colleges and specific branch accordingly.

The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors, It also depends on Category, Home state quota, Other state quota etc. so it is tough to tell you the exact but try to score more than 220-250 to get admission in top NITs as a General Category.
