Dear Nitya, PWD is a horizontal reservation which means it is a reservation that you can avail within your Category. For example, if you belong to General Category and you are eligible for availing PWD benefits, you will be considered u der UR-PWD. For being eligible for this Category, you should have scored 45 percentile of top NEET score. That will be the cut off. Now it is 40 percentile of top NEET score for OBC,SC,ST. Now this formula will remain the same though the cut offs change every year. We are yet to have 2019 details. But in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories under State Quota have been as follows:
General Category: 443
OBC: 378
SC: 349
ST: 446
So based on your Category, you should aim for atleast more than 70-80 marks from 2018.

Mysore Medical College Mysore is one of the oldest medical colleges in India which was founded in the year 1924. If we talk about mbbs cut off of previous year for ph candidate, the cut off was 118-107 marks. So to be on safe side you must atleast score 120+ marks.
