Hello Umme Rumana,

The NEET cut off marks for the medical seats in the any government college varies each year according to the seats availabilty, hardness of paper, no of candidates appearing for the NEET examination etc.. Therefore it cannot be determined accurately what score will get you a free seat. A student should always have a 450+ score to make it into the good medical colleges.
