To begin with the pros,

• DU is a brand name . The name Delhi University on your resume itself will add wonders.
• DU offers a great variety of courses be it Arts, Science or Commerce.
• You will get good exposure. You will explore your personality.
• You can improve  your skills and even make a career out of it.
• You will have fun as well as improve your skills.

Now moving on to the cons,

• Though there are many opportunities, if you want to learn something new you will have to initiate.
• When it comes to infrastructure, it depends on the college you choose. Some of the government aided and semi-government colleges' infrastructure may not be up to your expectation.

Thus, as you see, there are advantages and disadvantages to every institution. Overall, when we look at it, we can see that the disadvantages can be overcome. How we look at the situation depends on each individual. When you pass out from Delhi University, you will have a good resume, good skills and beautiful memories to cherish.
