To be Eligible for Bachelor of Physiotherapy(BPT)
- You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam fro m a recognized Board.
- You must have English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology as main subjects.
- You should have scored at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
You need follow these point below to apply
- You can get the application form from http://jmi.ac.in/onlineadmissionform
- You have to fill the form online.
- You have to upload a scanned copy of their colored passport sized photo (.jpeg format with size not between 5KB and 20KB) and their signature (Blue/Black ink on white paper with size between 5KB and 10KB).
- After filling the form, you have to pay a registration fee of Rs.700/- either by Net Banking/Debit/Credit card or the fees can be paid in cash at any Indian Bank branch by downloading the challan from the admission portal.
- You are not required to upload any certificate etc.
- The following details are mandatory to be ready with the you before filling the form:
- E-mail ID, Mobile Number, Scanned Photo, Scanned Signature ,Credit/Debit Card (in case of online payment)

I scored more than 50% in PCB but including practicals also. I got 58% in 12th from CBSE board I'm eligible or not
