Dear candidate,

Starting salary depends on a number of different factors. Prominent factors are- profile of the employer, employee skills, aptitude and grades attained by the employee. General starting salary is around 20-30k Rupees per month. In case of Government job, salary will be based on Pay Band and scale.

Hope I answer your question and it's helpful.

All the best!

Hello,

You asked about salary for a diploma holder in mechanical engineering .

It depends on where are you enrolled as fresher

  1. If you joined any Government department or any PSUs then you will earn well about 35k to 50k.
  2. But if you joined a private organisation based on campus interviews or other process then don't expect much , you will earn max. 8k to 16k.
  3. Also if you are in your startup then initially you will not earn much but wait.. you are innovative Indian youth and if your ideas succeed then your earning will out of limits.

Hope it helps!!!
