Hello Abhishek,

  • Since it's not officially announced about the syllabus so there's not really any possibility of changes in syllabus so you should follow the same syllabus as of NEET 2017 .

Hello Abhishek,

For the year 2018, NEET is being conducted by CBSE not NTA.

The syllabus remains the same.

Candidates who are appearing in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET), scheduled to be conducted on May 7, 2017, can check below for the detailed syllabus of NEET 2017.The exam conducting authority, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released NEET 2017 Syllabus for candidates to prepare thoroughly for the test. The NEET syllabus 2017 is prepared after reviewing syllabus of various state boards as well as those prepared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council Board of School Education (COBSE) and National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT). Further, NEET 2017 syllabus has been made after the recommendations from the Medical Council of India (MCI) and is strictly based on topics, chapters and subjects taught during 10+2/HSC level.

Hi Abhishek,

According to some news papers there will be a new body (NTS-National Testing Service) which in the process of formation for now which will be handed over the entire responsibility of conducting all common entrance exams like JEE, NEET, NET, CTET etc.

This process is still pending and requires approval, but according to the ongoing activities seems like CBSE will shift over the responsibility to NTS from next year.

NTS will then become the largest test conducting body all over India.

No, there will be no difference in question paper quality, difficulty of syllabus, range, etc. only the conducting authority is changing for conduction of a more faie exam and to reduce to load of CBSE.

Hope this answer Helps.

No it has not changed .
The pattern is sane I;e 180 questions , 45 from physics ,45 from chemistry and 90 from biology .
4 marks will be rewarded for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer .
And no mark will be rewarded for question left unattempted .
And syllabus is also the same . U still have to follow ncert .

Regardless of who will be conducting the examinations in the future, the syllabus remains the same, the prescribed textbooks (NCERT that is) remain the same and the level of questions will be more or less the same.
Nothing in particular will be changing apart from the conducting authorities, the sole purpose being to relieve the work load of CBSE. Do not worry, keep preparing, your efforts will pay you well.

The syllabus and pattern of NEET remains the same now as this year exam will be conducted by CBSE.

Even though if NTA conducts the exam(mostly in 2019), the syllabus and pattern changes are less likely.

So prepare for the present syllabus.

There is nothing annouced for the new syllabus and the changes might be there in 2019 onwards.

Good Luck!!!
