Allahabad University offers admission to B.Ed program through AUEE (Allahabad University Entrance Exams) . In case of B.Ed admissions, UGAT (Under Graduate Admission Test) is conducted by the university.
Syllabus for B.Ed Entrance Exam (Allahabad University) :
The question paper shall have two sections.
Section 1 : Compulsory Section consisting of 100 questions of 2 marks each.
Section 2 : It will have 50 Items on Subject Content Knowledge based upon the candidates preference(any of the Arts, Science or Commerce Streams).

- Teaching Aptitude
- Hindi Language Comprehension
- English Language comprehension
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs
Section 2 : It will have 50 Items on Subject Content Knowledge based upon the candidates preference(any of the Arts, Science or Commerce Streams).
- Art Stream: History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Hindi Literature, English literature, and Sanskrit Literature subject.
- Science Stream: Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Zoology and Botany subjects
- General Knowledge: Indian Social Life, Five Year Plans, Education Policy, Literature, Constitution, Sports, History, Economic Development, Environment, Health, Geography, etc.
- Mental Ability: Logical Ability, Relational Thinking, Symbol Transformation, Abstract Thinking, and Classification Ability, inductive-deductive thinking
