No you cannot get into medical colleges through kcet, you need to clear neet exam to get into medical colleges as neet is the only gateway to all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer as well. • coming to jee exam , it is a national-level entrance  and actually  there are two exams namely  jee mains and then jee advance,in order to be eligible for appearing in jee advance, qualifying jee mains is mandatory. Jee mains is an entrance conducted for admissions into engineering colleges like NITS, state government engineering colleges and private engineering institutions while jee advance is for providing admission in IITS. Hello,
KCET is a state board entrance exam to take admission into institutes. While JEE is a engineering entrance on national level.
You can join in engineering stream only if you appear JEE across India available the college accepts jee. Not all colleges accept jee.
From this year only NEET is considered to take admission in MBBS course. No other course will be considered from now. So from 2020 , if you appear NEET and score well then only you can take an admission in MBBS degree.
