Vidhya, you haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. Neverthless, in 2018 the cut offs for various Categories under State Quota have been as follows:

General Category: 451

BC: 428

SC:326

ST: 267

Now this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. Having said that, cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.  So based on your Category, you should aim for more than 70-80 marks against your Category.

Cut off for this college would be released after NEET examination by state council.

Firstly ,I would like to mention that only the NEET 2020 qualified candidates will be included in the state merit list released by DME,Tamil Nadu.

MCC will publish the cut off of Tamil Nadu MBBS 2019 for the students selected under 15% all India quota seats.

The category wise cut off will be released in the online mode only.
You can target 570 above.

Previous year cut off was something like-

OBC-578-520

SC-500-419

ST-488-404

So study accordingly .
