According to previous years rank vs marks trend of jee main i can definitely say that your rank would be under 22000-25000 if you can score 150 marks in jee mains.But that too depend upon level of question paper,number of students appearing in the exam and cutoff marks of jee mains so it can vary a little bit.

Look cut off varies every year but according to past year cut offs You rank will be around in 20k-27k..



With that rank you can able to get good NIT'S.
