Hi

Your admission in M. S ramaih is completely on the basis of marks/rank in neet, 12th/ puc marks has no role other than just making you eligible for admission in MS ramaih

To be eligible you need to pass 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must  get at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology  in 12th examination
You can check the same at its official website at
https://msrmc.ac.in/admissions/

Coming to marks required in neet,

Your profile suggests your domicile state is Karnataka and I am assuming you from general category.

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to JSS University Mysore 2025

Predicting the cut off marks  is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then

In neet 2019 ,  457 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got a government  mbbs seat in M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore under karnataka state quota

You can check the same at

But yes,

cut  off   marks / rank   for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students  in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.

So , in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should target at least 50 marks more in comparison of neet 2019 i. e around 500 marks

Your profile suggests that you are in 12th

Now that,

limited time is left for neet  , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

  • practising chapterwise questions

  • then revising the chapters,

  • Try to give at least around 10 hours a day now as neet is very near now , PHYSICS is the  toughest part for most of the medical aspirants ,so keep at least 3.5 hours each day for physics, around 3.5 hours to chemistry and 3 hours to biology.

  • solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

  • go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout, the link for the same is provided below :-
