There is no minimum number as such. Practice is the key and you need to practice as much as you can. Do not stop practicing. I gave almost 40 mock tests before I sat for the actual exam. The more mocks you give the more familiar you will be with the kind of questions that come. It will also help you manage your time better. You will get to know which areas you are strong in and where you need to concentrate more. Refrain from giving mock tests one day before the exam.
Mock tests will actually help you maintain a consistent performance.

Ideally take mocks till you achieve and maintain your desired performance levels (percentile). But do not over indulge in scores as they can be very different from the actual exam. Stop giving mocks and reflect on your techniques and do revision in the last 3 days.

There are many online sites which are good for taking online mock test like hitbullseye, youth4work, Testfunda etc. You can try them as it will give you even better understanding about your predicted percentile because question paper's difficulty level is also different in different sites. There are many mock test papers and last year papers given on Careers360 also whose difficulty level is quite close to the predicted difficulty level of CAT 2017 exam so you should try them also.

Now there is no fixed number of mock test which you need to attempt. As there is only 17 days left in exam so I will recommend you to give 15 mock tests, one each day and make sure after every mock test you analyse the solutions properly i.e. going through all the correct, incorrect and unattemped questions which will help you in overcoming your mistakes and come up with a strategy to attempt the paper which will definitely help you in improving your marks and percentile.

In this short time instead of learning any new thing you only should quickly brush up your basics and give up lots of online mock as I told above. Making a most comfortable strategy which will help you give your maximum in exam will definitely bring an uprise in your percentile.

All the best for your preparations and exams!!
