For availing any reservations regarding any category it's must to have a caste certificate submitted at the time of form filling. So better Get You OBC NCL Certificate ready. Or you have to apply as an unreserved or basically general candidate. And you will not be able to avail the reservation benefit as certificate is mandatory for that.

For admissions in UG course in DU under reserved category candidates belonging to OBC category are reuiqred to submit the Certificate if they want to get the OBC quota .
It is mandatory to produce an OBC Certificate issued after 31 March 2017 and a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued after 31 March 2018; if the certificates dont conform to these dates, the application wont be entertained.

Last date to fill the application form for UG course in DU is in 3rd week of June ,so you have time to apply for obc certificate first and then complete your form.
