Greetings
Since you are a candidate who has a domicile of kerala and you wishes to apply for medical seats of tamil nadu and karnataka so you have to apply for private seats, semi government and minority seats which will open only after the result of neet ug 2018.
Karnataka has started online application and are about to close but that is only for those who are associated to karnataka or have domicile of karnataka.
