Even if you have completed class 12th as a private candidate from a dummy school I guess, you must be having your class 12th marksheet and certificate issued by some institution which is affiliated to a recognized board.

So you can fill the name of that school/institute in the NEET 2021 form in column of School name, Address, Pin-code and other credentials.
