If you have done well in Jee mains and advance, then i will prefer you to go for a trip and to enjoy with your friends, relatives, etc. If you have not performed well, then it's okay. Make sure to do well in other engineering exams.

If you have qualified jee mains with good percentile then you can opt good engineering colleges such has NITs, GGSIPU, etc. Also, you can attempt jee advance to get admission in IITs in a particular stream of b. Tech you wish for. Then you need to complete your undergraduation  after that you can go for placements jobs, startups, etc. But if you wish to study further than you can choose mba, MS, m. Tech etc. Or if you wish to work for civil services then you can attempt Upsc for the job profiles IAS, IPS, IRS, etc.
