You do need to scan a passing certificate of 10th examination.
In CBSE board result, there is a small box in which the grades and marks are written, rest of the result is full with remarks and comments, etc.
So just scan the box in which the grades for subjects is mentioned.

Another option is to go to a nearby Xerox shop and ask them to print the entire first page of result on a A4 size paper, then you can scan it.
Name, roll number, marks and such details should be visible.
File size should be 100-400 kB.
It should be in JPG/JPEG format.

You don't need to scan your 10th class marksheet to upload it on your NEET application form. I know, the 10th class marksheet of cbse board is very big and long. You only need the scanned copy of your 12th class marksheet to be uploaded on the NEET application form. You just need to enter your 10th class details in the form.
