Last year, a minimum score of 530 or above was required to fetch one a seat in the following colleges under EBC category

• Nalanda medical college and hospital
• Dharbhanga medical college and hospital
• Indira Gandhi institute of medical sciences

Keeping in mind that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, a score of something which is not less than 550 would remain a safe zone under EBC category.
