As you are under reserved category, try to score 450+ in NEET-UG. Then you will definitely get an  MBBS seat in good medical college. Actually cut off score varies in every year. Qualifying marks is 40 percentile for SC category. As time left is very short, don't waste your time. I hope you have covered the syllabus. Now make a timetable for revision & revise the topics multiple times and practice MCQs. Practice previous year question papers & sample papers and also MCQs from standard books like Dinesh, MTG, Arihant etc. Give online mock tests which will help you to assess your preparation and also manage your time during examination. Take care of your health. Good luck.

Greetings,
It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination but not for any particular state as such.
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across the country.
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an approximate can be determined from the evaluation of previous years' cut off.
I hope this piece of information proves to be of some help to you.

In 2016 scoring 450( without reservation) was considered as safe whereas  in 2017 it was 550 plus.

So the cut-off is decided by the no. of students appeared along with the no. of students scored the highest marks. As everyone has said, it will be safe to score 600 in NEET 2018.

But if you are SC I will suggest you to target 490+. It will help you to get good government college

It will depend on the state you belong to. Howver the cut off may lie between 400-450
