Hello Aspirant,

See refund of security money is only applicable till round 1st not after round 2nd of NEET UG counselling so if you do not get your preferred college then you have 2 options either your leave that seat and take free exit only till round 1st or join that seat and apply for upgradation of that seat n further round so if it gets upgraded in next round then the earlier allotted seat would be automatically cancelled and the fee that you paid to that college(if paid) will be transferred to the newly allotted college so not to worry for that but yes if you resign the seat after joining it then you would not get any refund so take care of this thing.
