Considering your rank you don'tseem to have much chance if you belong to the general category. Cut off has beena lot higher in 2019 though. So take note that it changes each year.

We can expect around 400+ at least

This also depends on the toughness of paper. Some te it may be easy then cutoff may be high .

There are many students who went to coaching so we can expect high cut off

At most 400+-410

At least 380+ maybe
