The colleges you mentioned in your question and their cut off marks for general category in the year 2018 are as follows. 

1. Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna. Cut off - - 536 for 2018.

2. Patna Medical College, Patna. Cut off 552 for 2018.

3. Nalanda Medical College and hospital, Patna. Cut off 537 for 2018.

4. Darbhanga Medical College. Cut off of 533 for 2018. 

Please note that the cut off change with a difference of +/- 5 or +/- 10 marks every year depending upon the exam difficulty, competition lecel and the number of students appearing for the exam. Admissions in the above mentioned college would be easy if you score more than the cut off marks for 2018.

Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai -- 533

Patna Dental college and hospitals, Patna -- 525

This year the cut off may change because it depends upon a lot of factors like no of seats in the college, no. of candidates applied, difficulty level of the exam etc.
