Hi Shubham,

Both MAT and NMAT are national level MBA entrance exams. MAT is conducted by AIMA and NMAT is conducted by GMAC. Almost all the MBA entrance exams including these two covers the same set of topics and subjects in the exam which includes Reasoning (Logical and Analytical), English Language (Reading Comprehension and Verbal Ability), Quantitative Aptitude, and Data Interpretation. If you cover these topics with clarity in concepts, you can crack any MBA exam. MAT score is accepted by around 600 B-schools in the country while NMAT score is accepted by around 23 institutes. Good luck.
