NTA will release the NEET Admit card tentatively on March 27th, 2020. You will have to login to the official website with your Login credentials and download the admit card. Check if all the details mentioned are correct and then take a print out. If you find any discrepancies, reach out to the helpdesk immediately.  Take 3-4 print outs for future reference. Once you download it, you can also send it to the registered email id. And you can download it from there too.
