At the time of counselling a candidate will have to submit the fee for counselling process after the counselling a candidate will have to pay the academic fee along with this the candidate will have to pay the caution money that is refundable and it is not mentioned that you will have to pay it just after the counseling they provide you some time to pay your fee.
