The forms of VIT are usually available till the third week of March. In 2019, it was available till 22nd marks. The BITSAT forms are available till the last week of March, in 2019, they were available till 31st march. The exams are conducted in Online mode, and you'll be allotted a centre based on your choices in the application form. Hope this helped!
