Hello Dixita, As per your query about the NEET FORM, its not officially declared yet,,,, most probably it will be out around 15 January and continue upto last week of Feb or early March... Exam will be around 10 May or sunday of first week i.e. 6th May

The NEET Aplication forms for 2018 are expected to be released by the end of the month of Janaury 2018. You can track the same on official website of CBSE NEET or on careers360 website here. The link to filling the application form of NEET will be made available on the link as soon as it is released.
