Hello,

If your device says "downloaded successfully" but you cannot find the file, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  • Check the Default Download Folder: Most devices save downloads in a default folder named "Downloads." Use your file manager or explorer to get to this folder.
  • Search by File Name: Use the search bar in your file manager and type part of the file name you downloaded.
  • Verify your browser settings: If you downloaded the file through a browser, check your browser settings for the default download location. Most browsers, like Chrome or Firefox, save files to a predefined directory.
  • Try to download and note the location : Try to download the file again and pay attention to the location prompt or settings.
  • Check for restrictions: In some devices, security settings or permissions may not allow the download of files.

If the problem persists, please specify your device or operating system for specific troubleshooting instructions!
