Here is the tentative timeline for the councelling procedure

  • Probably the process of councelling starts I July and allotments of first round come by second week of July.
  • While second round councelling is held in first week of August

If you are concerned about NEET UG the details are as follows:-
  • The counselling of NEET 2018 will be conducted by the DGHS for AIQ seats in two rounds and for Deemed and Central universities in three rounds.
  • The first round of NEET 2018 counselling for AIQ and Deemed/Central universities will be tentatively conducted from June 12 to June 24, 2018.
  • The second round will be conducted from July 6 to July 12, 2018.
  • The seats which will remain vacant after two rounds of NEET counselling 2018 for AIQ seats will be transferred to the respective state counselling authorities.
  • The DGHS will conduct a NEET 2018 mop up counselling round for Deemed and Central universities from August 12 to August 22, 2018, tentatively.
  • Counselling for state quota seats will be conducted by the different state counselling authorities during this same period.

After the result councilling forms will come out.

  • The counselling for neet ug will take place after the results in the mcc website 
  • It will have 2 rounds and afyer that the vacant seats  will be reverted back to the states 
  • After allotment the verification will be done in the alloted college and where the candidate have to submit the necessary docs.

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is conducting NEET 2018 Counselling. MCC has announced NEET Counselling Schedule 2018. There will only be two rounds in the counselling. The seats which will remain vacant after two rounds of NEET counselling 2018 for AIQ seats will be transferred to the respective state counselling authorities.Counselling is starting from First week of July, 2018. 

Process of online allotment :-

  • Main Counseling Registration
  • Exercising of Choices, indicative seats and Locking of choices
  • Process of Seat Allotment – Round 1 (this is computer software process conducted by identified agency for MCC)
  • Round 1 Result Publication
  • Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1st Round
  • Publication of net vacant seats
  • Fresh Choice Submission by eligible candidates for round 2
  • Process of Seat Allotment – Round 2
  • Round 2 Result Publication
  • Reporting at the Medical / Dental Colleges /Institutions against Round 2
  • END of 15 % All India Counselling.

NEET Counselling 2018 will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee. The counselling for NEET 2018 will be done to fill the 15% All India Quota Seats. The remaining 85% seats will be filled by NEET State Counselling 2018.
 
There will be two rounds of Counselling, round 1 and 2. First Round is expected to be held in the 2nd week of July 2018. Also, the NEET First Round Counselling Result is expected to be announced by the exam convening authority in the 3rd week of July 2018.
 
After NEET Counselling 2018, remaining vacant seats will be transferred to the deemed universities for final mop- up round for NEET UG 2018.
