Hi,
The IB-ACIO examination consist of two exams i.e. tier 1 and tier 2 followed by counselling. The application forms will be given out from August to September 2020. The admit card will be released during October. The tier 1 examination will be held during october 2020 while the tier 2 examination will be held during January 2021.

But there are no forms out yet for the exam.

As i mentioned in the answer that the forms will be given out from august 2020 which is next year. So you will need to wait until then.
