Don't get panic. At the time of creating your account or registering to CET you will give mail id. If you forget your password, enter the email address  you used at the time of registration/creating account CET login below. After select reset password, then automatically you will receive an email within one hour with the instructions to change your password. Even though you not received any mail keep checking your spam folder.
