In commerce stream class 12th, you do not have subjects physics, chemistry and biology.
But for medical courses, The NEET Entrance is the exam to be appeared in.
And for NEET, the eligibility is that the candidate must qualify class 12th examination with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology and must score a minimum 50% in the qualifing examination.

NOw that in commerce stream these subjects are not there, so it is not possible for a commerce student to apply in medical exams and course.

Dear Kaif, for being eligible for NEET, you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as your core subjects. These subjects cannot be traded with and are mandatory subjects to appear for NEET which is the common entrance examination for admission into Medical, Dental and Ayush colleges across India. Sorry to disappoint you but Commerce students whio haven't studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology in their 10+2 aren't eligible for Medical Entrance Examination.
