Assuming that you're already admitted in Delhi University, i'm answering this.
*You can buy previous year solved question paper booklet from any bookstore.
*You can find the past year question in your college library and get them photocopied after issuing.
*You can check the official website of DU www.du.ac.in where there is a folder of past year papers for both UG and PG.
